What You Can Do

As a B & D customer your satisfaction is a paramount; to help make your travel experience with us a good one there are a number of ways the service to you can be optimized at the point of booking.

1. If your journey is to connect with another form of transport (i.e. plane, train or coach) please specify the time you connection leaves. Our staff will be able to recommend a travel time to guarantee you connect with the next stage of your journey.

2. If you are traveling to an appointment or you have a restaurant table booked, please inform the telephonist when making the taxi booking. Our staff will be able to recommend a travel time to ensure you arrive in good time.

3. If you have a special vehicle request i.e. you have more than 4 passengers, you require a saloon car for easy access or a lady driver, we will always try to accommodate your requirements if we are given prior notice.

4. The system we use has a customer call back feature. If you require the driver to contact you on their arrival always ask for a callback. This feature is especially useful when being collected from flats, offices, pubs, restaurants and for women traveling alone who do not with to wait outside at night.

5. When booking a collection from any airport please have the flight number and passenger contact number to hand. We offer a “Meet and Greet” service from all airports, seaports and stations nationwide.

6. For corporate account customers, please inform the telephonist at the beginning of the call and quote the relevant account name and password.
